If this is an emergency or if you require immediate assistance, please call 9-1-1- or contact the Office of Safety & Security at 207-725-3500.

Please fill this out with only the information you have or are willing to share. All questions are optional. If you provide contact information, you will be contacted by Katherine O'Grady, who will offer resources and explain the process available.

You may also choose to remain anonymous. If you do not share any contact information, the report will be used for statistical purposes only.

Additionally, because the College may have an obligation to address certain reports, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality where it would conflict with Bowdoin's obligation to investigate meaningfully or, where warranted, take corrective action. Reports are received by Katherine O'Grady, the Director of Institutional Equity and Compliance, and Benje Douglas, the Senior Vice President for Inclusion and Diversity.
